Hi! I'm Afonso! A wedding, elopement, couples photographer based in Algarve, Portugal.

I have been working with photography for 5 years, where I have done:

• VIP guest experiences;
• Weddings (As the main Photographer and Videographer);
• Private Events;
• Birthdays;
• Couples portraits;
• Pregnancy photoshoots;
• Studio photoshoots;
• Products;
• Private tastings;

I worked at a place called Zoomarine in the Algarve as a full-time photographer in 2024.

In 2025, I worked on a cruise ship as a full-time freelance photographer for all the guests on board, visiting several different countries and having to capture everything to be able to sell.

I did weddings there, countless studio photoshoots, private photo shoots, excursions, collages for guests to show the country with their photos, and many events.

I now work with a hotel called Vila Vita Parc Resort & SPA, where I cover events in Photography.

I have extensive knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom in terms of image manipulation, creating collages, etc.

I also have some experience in sales, when I worked at Zoomarine, I had to sell packages at the park related to photography, especially one where guests swam with dolphins and I covered all those photos.

On the cruise ship, we also worked a lot with sales, as we had to make collages, sell the photographs, sell acrylic photographs and postcards of the places they visited, and iris photographs that they took on board.
